1. Shipping Locations

- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all regions within India.
- International Shipping: We currently do/do not offer international shipping. (Adjust based on your actual policy.)

2. Shipping Charges

- Domestic Rates: Shipping charges vary based on the destination and the weight of the package. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- International Rates: If applicable, international shipping rates will also be calculated at checkout and may include additional customs fees and taxes.

3. Order Processing Time

- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7 days after the order is placed. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to high demand.
- Business Days: Our business days are  Monday to Saturday.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: If available, expedited shipping options and their delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Use this information to track your order’s progress.
- Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.

6. Delivery Issues

- Delayed Delivery: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Risk of Loss

- Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss and title for products purchased from Grassysoul pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery to the carrier.

8. Incorrect Addresses

- Address Accuracy:Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Grassysoul is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
